Stir Fried Prawns with Cabbage - Pazoon Kyaw

INGREDIENTS

600g

300g

1 teaspoon

1

1clove

1 teaspoon

 

 

large prawns

shredded cabbage

peanut oil

onion, thinly sliced

garlic, finely chopped

chicken stock

pepper to taste

 

 

METHOD
  • Peeled prawns leaving the tails on. Cut along the back of each pawns and remove black spinal cord. 
  • Wash and shredded cabbage. Heat oil and stir fry garlic till fragrant and add onion, prawns and cabbage and water and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Add chicken stock and stir fry for a minute remove and sprinkle with pepper.
  • Serve immediately with white rice.
