Peeled prawns leaving the tails
on. Cut along the back of each pawns and remove black spinal
cord. Mix prawns with chicken stock, salt, turmeric and
chili powder.
Bend prawns into a half circle
and thread on skewer through top to tail. Put 3 - 4 prawns on
each skewer.
Shallow fry skewered prawns
with sesame oil until golden brown.
