Mushroom Fried with Chicken - Hmo Kyaw Kyet

INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon

1 tablespoon

 

fresh mushrooms

chicken breast

vegetable oil

onion, finely sliced

garlic, finely chopped

chicken stock

spring onion

pepper to taste

 

METHOD
  • Clean mushrooms and soak for 10 minutes. Drain dry and cut into halves. Cut chicken into slice and set a side.
  • In a wok, heat oil and put onion and garlic and stir fry till golden brown. Add chicken and stir fry for 3 minutes and add soy sauce, chicken stock and mushrooms.
  • Cover and simmer for 4 minutes and put on a nice serving plate.
  • Add spring onions, pepper and serve with white rice.
