Asian Recipes - Noodle Fish Soup

Moh Hin Kar / Gha - Burmese Recipe

 
INGREDIENTS

fish fillet
whole  onion, crushed and chopped
cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
a little ginger, sliced

a little pepper
chili powder
salt (or to taste)
cooking oil

 

 

fish sauce

onions quartered
rice powder
pea powder
thin rice noodle

a few sliced green onions
a few sliced long beans
4 sliced boiled egg

 

 

METHOD
  • Heat rice powder and pea powder in a pan for few minutes and dish out. Pan fry ingredient A in a pan for few minutes.
  • Add water in a pot and bring it to boil. Add in quartered onions and mix rice and pea powder and boil for another 15 minutes. (soup)
  • Boil the noodles like pasta and dry it and place in a bowl. Add soup to the noodles and add in sliced green onions, long beans and eggs. Serve hot.
