Pig Trotter Pepper

INGREDIENTS |

5 cloves
4 medium
5 tablespoons

pig trotter
light soy sauce
garlic
onions
fresh coriander, finely chopped
chicken stock
salt to taste
pepper

METHOD |
- Wash and clean trotter and cut
into 6 pieces. Put in a bowl and rub with soy sauce.
- In a boiling bowl, put in 5 cups
water, pig trotter, chicken stock and bring to boil.
- Remove unwanted scum that may
rise to surface while boiling.
- When meat is tender, add onions,
garlic and continue boiling for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander
with a lot of pepper.
- Serve hot with white rice.
