Pig Trotter Pepper Soup - Wet Che Dauk Hincho

INGREDIENTS

1

3 teaspoons

5 cloves

4 medium

5 tablespoons

1 tablespoon

 

pig trotter

light soy sauce

garlic

onions

fresh coriander, finely chopped

chicken stock

salt to taste

pepper

 

METHOD
  • Wash and clean trotter and cut into 6 pieces. Put in a bowl and rub with soy sauce.
  • In a boiling bowl, put in 5 cups water, pig trotter, chicken stock and bring to boil.
  • Remove unwanted scum that may rise to surface while boiling.
  • When meat is tender, add onions, garlic and continue boiling for 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander with a lot of pepper.
  • Serve hot with white rice.
