Scale and clean fish
In a wok put enough water to cover fish and bring it to boil.
Add in salt and slowly add lower the fish into wok and cover
Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Remove fish and drain well
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and spring and fry gently until soft and fragrant. Add sesame oil and soy sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
Put fish on a serving dish and pour the sauce over the fish and server hot with white rice.
