Fish Fillet Dip with
Hoi Sin Sauce

INGREDIENTS |

white
fish fillets
vegetable oil
grated fresh ginger
garlic,
crushed
light
soy sauce
hoisin sauce
spring onions, chopped

METHOD |
-
Scale, clean and
wash fish fillets and dry well with paper towels.

In a wok heat oil
and fry garlic until golden brown, remove and discard.

Put in all the
fillet and sprinkle with soy sauce, add in ginger and simmer or
2 minutes.
-
Remove fish from
wok and add in hoi sin sauce and stir into gravy.
-
Arrange fish on
plate and spoon gravy over and garnish with spring onions and
serve hot.
