Fish Fillet Dip with Hoi Sin Sauce

INGREDIENTS

400g

2 tablespoons

1/2 teaspoon

1 clove

1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon

2

 

white fish fillets

vegetable oil

grated fresh ginger

garlic, crushed

light soy sauce

hoisin sauce

spring onions, chopped

 

METHOD
  • Scale, clean and wash fish fillets and dry well with paper towels.

  • In a wok heat oil and fry garlic until golden brown, remove and discard.

  • Put in all the fillet and sprinkle with soy sauce, add in ginger and simmer or 2 minutes.

  • Remove fish from wok and add in hoi sin sauce and stir into gravy.

  • Arrange fish on plate and spoon gravy over and garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
