Stir Fried Prawns with Broccoli

INGREDIENTS

1/2 teaspoon

1 clove

1/2 teaspoon

1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon

 

 

large prawns

fresh brocolli

vegetable oil

grated fresh ginger

garlic, crushed

chicken stock

chinese cooking wine

corn flour

 

 

METHOD
  • Shell and de-vein prawns, leaving the tails on. With a sharp knife, slit the underside of the prawns

  • Wash broccoli and cut into pieces.

  • Heat wok and add oil, ginger, garlic and stir fry with prawns and broccoli for 2-3 minutes.

  • Add chicken stock, water and chinese wine and reduce heat and simmer for a while.

  • Put prawns on a plate, garnish with spring onions and serve hot with steamed white rice.
