Pork Chop in Sweet and Sour Sauce

INGREDIENTS

lean pork chop, cut into cubes

cucumber, peeled and cut into cubes

onion, cut into cubes

tomato ketchup

chili sauce

sugar

chicken stock

spring onion, thinly sliced

fish sauce

 

METHOD
  • In a bowl, mix tomato ketchup, chili sauce and sugar and stir till sugar dissolve.

  • In a wok heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and stir fry the pork chop for 4 minutes. Add in cut onions, chicken stock, and sauce mixture and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put in cut cucumbers and stir fry for 1 minute till pork is cook.

  • Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with spring onion, serve with white rice.
