Stir Fry Chicken with Button Mushroom

INGREDIENTS

450g

1 tablespoon

300g

300g

1 clove

5 cm

1 teaspoon

2 tablespoons

2 teaspoons

2 teaspoons

 

chicken tights

sunflower oil

button mushroom, sliced into half

spring onions, chopped

garlic, finely chopped

young ginger, peeled and finely chopped

chinese chicken stock

rice wine

dark soy sauce

oyster sauce

 

METHOD
  • Cut chicken into cubes. Heat oil in a wok and gently stir-fry ginger till fragrant. Add in garlic and chicken cubes and stir for another 3-4 minutes or until chicken is browned all over.
  • Add button mushrooms and stir in the chicken stock, rice wine, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce and simmer for 3 minutes
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve hot with rice.
