Soaked sticky rice overnight in
a bowl of water. Drain and rinse thoroughly and place in a
steaming basket for steaming. Steam for 40 minutes until rice is
cooked.
Coconut milk mix with salt to
taste.
In a large bowl, mix together
steamed rice, coconut milk, sugar and salt and stir until sugar
dissolved. Stir well and set a side.
Cut mango and arrange neatly in
a plate.
Serve rice with mango and add
coconut milk as required.
