 Mango Sticky Rice - Thai Desserts

INGREDIENTS

200g

1 cup

3 tablespoons

2

2 tablespoons

 

sticky rice

coconut milk

sugar

ripe mango

coconut cream

salt to taste

METHOD
  • Soaked sticky rice overnight in a bowl of water. Drain and rinse thoroughly and place in a steaming basket for steaming. Steam for 40 minutes until rice is cooked.
  • Coconut milk mix with salt to taste.
  • In a large bowl, mix together steamed rice, coconut milk, sugar and salt and stir until sugar dissolved. Stir well and set a side.
  • Cut mango and arrange neatly in a plate.
  • Serve rice with mango and add coconut milk as required.
