INGREDIENTS |

500g

tilapia fish , whole
tau fu
spring onion
ginger
garlic
soy
sauce
salt
cooking wine
fish sauce
corn flour, mix with water

METHOD |

Clean fish and
sprinkle some salt and rub well.

Chopped ginger,
spring onion and garlic and set aside.

In a wok heat 4
tablespoons of cooking oil. When oil hot, deep fry fish until
golden brown and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon
of remaining oil in wok and fry ginger and garlic till fragrant.

Add in soy sauce,
fish sauce and cooking wine and stir fry. Add in fish and tau fu
and stir fry and and in a bit of corn flour to make the sauce
thick.

Serve hot with
white rice.
