Deep Fry Prawns with
Ginger

INGREDIENTS |
500g

2 stalk
1 teaspoon

2 clove

white prawns
young ginger
spring onions, chopped
chicken stock
chinese cooking wine
light soy sauce
garlic, chopped
vegetable oil

METHOD |

Wash prawns, and
cut along the back of each pawns and remove black spinal cord.

Chopped garlic
and in a bowl mix
chicken stock, chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce and
marinate prawns for 30 minutes.

Heat 2
tablespoons oil in a wok and fry ginger until fragrant. Add in
prawns and srit fry until prawns turn golden color and cook.
Sprinkle spring onions and stir fry for a while.

Put in a serving
plate and serve hot.
