Deep Fry Prawns with Ginger

Fried Shrimps Chinese Style

 
INGREDIENTS

500g

3 slices

2 stalk

1 teaspoon

2 tablespoons

1 tablespoons

2 clove

2 tablespoons

 

white prawns

young ginger

spring onions, chopped

chicken stock

chinese cooking wine

light soy sauce

garlic, chopped

vegetable oil

 

METHOD
  • Wash prawns, and cut along the back of each pawns and remove black spinal cord.

  • Chopped garlic and in a bowl mix chicken stock, chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce and marinate prawns for 30 minutes.

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok and fry ginger until fragrant. Add in prawns and srit fry until prawns turn golden color and cook. Sprinkle spring onions and stir fry for a while.

  • Put in a serving plate and serve hot.
