Steamed Prawns with
Garlic

INGREDIENTS |
500g
5 glove
1 stalk
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoons
1 tablespoons

tiger prawns
garlic
spring onions, chopped
chicken stock
chinese cooking wine
light soy sauce
|

METHOD |
-
Wash prawns, and
cut along the back of each pawns and remove black spinal cord.

Chopped garlic
and in a bowl mix
chicken stock, chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce and
marinate prawns for 30 minutes.

Punch a bamboo
sticks from head to tail in order to straighten the prawns.
Repeat this for every prawns.

Place prawns in a
plate and spread spring onion and garlic on top.

In a wok bring
water to boil and steam prawns for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with
chili sauce or
Thai dipping sauce
