Fried Chicken Coated
with Sesame Seeds - Goma Yaki

INGREDIENTS |

japanese soy sauce
sake
chicken stock
peanut oil
sesame seeds

METHOD |
- Cut chicken into bite size
square and set aside. In a bowl mix sake, chicken stock and soy
sauce together and dip the cut chicken in the mixture and set a
aside to marinate for 45 minutes.
- In a frying pan, toast sesame
seeds over a low heat until they are evenly golden and set aside
to cool.
- Heat oil in frying pan and fry
chicken until both side is brown and reduce heat and fry for
another few minutes or cooked.
- Arrange chicken in a serving
plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve. It is best serve
with a plate of vegetable salad.
