chicken thighs
japanese soy sauce
sake
sugar
corn flour
vegetable oil for deep frying
In a bowl mix soy sauce, sake and sugar well. Cut chicken into bite size serving piece and marinate with the mix sauce for 2 hours.
Drain chicken and rub with the corn flour, particularly on the skin and leave for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan until oil is hot. Add chicken into pan one by one and deep fry until golden brown and crisp.
Drain excess oil and serve hot.
