- In a bowl, soaked the mushrooms
for half an hour and sliced. Slice meat and cut into bite size
and then flatten them with a cleaver.
- Mix sesame, ginger, garlic, soy
sauce and chili powder into a bowl. Pour in the beef, kneading
seasoning into beef.
- Heat oil in wok and stir fry the
beef and mushroom until cooked. Remove from wok and fry onions
till done or fragrant.
- Arrange the beef in a plate and
sprinkle the onions over it. Serve with a bowl of white rice.
