Stir Fried Beef with Green Vegetables -  Goreng Daging dan Sayur

INGREDIENTS

500g

350g

2 tablespoons

1 teaspoon

1 clove

1 tablespoon

 

 

round steak, cut into stripes

long beans or any green vegetables

spring onions, sliced

peanut oil

chicken stock

spring onion, chopped

garlic, crushed

oyster sauce

 

METHOD
  • Cut beef into slices and heat peanut oil in frying pan and quickly stir fry beef  for a minute. Quickly remove from pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan add a little oil and stir fry long beans or vegetables and spring onions. Add chicken stock, oyster sauce, garlic and fry for about 2 minutes.
  • Return beef to the work and stir fry for 1 minute and mix well.
  • Add a little pepper and serve hot with white rice.
