Stir Fried Beef with
Green Vegetables

steak, cut into stripes
long beans or any green vegetables
spring
onions, sliced
peanut oil
chicken
stock
spring onion, chopped
garlic, crushed
oyster sauce
METHOD
Cut beef into slices and heat
peanut oil in frying pan and quickly stir fry beef for a minute.
Quickly remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan add a little oil
and stir fry long beans or vegetables and spring onions. Add chicken
stock, oyster sauce, garlic and fry for about 2 minutes.
Return beef to the work and stir
fry for 1 minute and mix well.
Add a little pepper and serve
hot with white rice.
