Squid with Green Beans

INGREDIENTS |

fresh
squid, clean discard the head and everything inside the body
green beans
garlic, crushed
shallots, chopped
chicken
stock
pepper
vegetable oil

METHOD |
- Wash inside the squid and rub
off skin. Chopped tentacle and cut into pieces and put aside.
- In a wok heat oil, add
garlic, shallots and stir fry for a minute.
- Add in green beans, chicken
stock and stir fry and add 1/4 cup water and in low heat simmer
for 3 minutes until beans are tender. Add in squid and stir fry
for 2 minutes and season with pepper.
- Serve hot with white rice.
