teaspoon corn flour with 2 tablespoon

- Mix in a bowl the stock, rice
wine, soy sauce and oyster sauce and put aside.
- Cut chicken into 2.5cm strips.
Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry chicken strips for 3-4 minutes or
until chicken is lightly browned all over.
- Add sliced mushrooms, spring
onions, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Stir in
the bowl of stock and add in the straw mushrooms, corn flour
mixture and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
