add salt to taste
In a bowl mix soy sauce and sugar well. Wash chicken wings and marinate with the mix sauce for 3 hours. Add salt to taste.
Drain chicken wings and rub with the corn flour, particularly on the skin and leave for 25 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan until oil is hot. Add chicken wings into pan one by one and deep fry until golden brown and crisp.
Drain excess oil and serve hot with chili sauce or special Thai sauce.
