Deep Fried Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

225ml (1/2 cup)

4 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

4 tablespoons

 

 

big chicken wings

peanut oil

soy sauce

sugar

cornflour

add salt to taste

 

METHOD
  • In a bowl mix soy sauce and sugar well. Wash chicken wings and marinate with the mix sauce for 3 hours. Add salt to taste.

  • Drain chicken wings and rub with the corn flour, particularly on the skin and leave for 25 minutes.

  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan until oil is hot. Add chicken wings into pan one by one and deep fry until golden brown and crisp.

  • Drain excess oil and serve hot with chili sauce or special Thai sauce.
