Chicken is universally popular meat because of its ready availability and relatively low cost. Although it is a very plain meat, proper cooking can turn it into a satisfying meal. When using chicken, it is usual to remove the skin before cooking. I personally favored chicken thighs and chicken pieces with the bone in as this is the preferred cut throughout Asia and is tastier than breast beat. You should also monitor it carefully to ensure it does not become dry and tough.
