 Fried Rice with Egg

INGREDIENTS

200g

2 teaspoons

1/2 teaspoon

30g

 

 

cook white rice

eggs, beaten

vegetable oil

large onion, finely sliced

light soy sauce

salt

green peas

garlic finely chopped

pepper

 

 

METHOD
  • In a small frying pan, stir fry eggs over moderate heat, stirring until scrambled. Remove to a plate.
  • In a wok, heat oil and add onion, garlic and peas and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in rice and mix thoroughly. Add soy sauce and eggs and season with salt.
  • Serve hot.
