In a wok, heat oil and add
onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes. Stir in pork
until crisp and add prawns and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add rice, soy sauce and stir
fry. Push rice to the side of wok and add a little oil and pour
eggs into wok. Mix well and season with salt and pepper and cook
stirring for another 2 minutes. Add in green peas and chili and
fry well.
