cornflour mixed with 2 tablespoons

spring onion, shredded to garnish

- In a wok bring water to boil,
and add small sweetcorn and cook for 3 minutes or until
sweetcorn softened and drain.
- In a same wok mix together all
the ingredients, chicken stock, ginger, garlic, crab meat, rice
wine and soy sauce. Bring it to boil and add crab meat and
simmer for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Add cornflour mixture and season
with salt and pepper, stirring until thickened.
- Garnish with spring onions and
serve hot.
