Spicy Sea Asparagus Salad with Squid - Yum No Mai Talae

squid

shrimp

chicken meat

shallot

chinese calery

chili padi

garlic

sea asparagus

lime juice

fish sauce

sugar

 

METHOD
  • Wash and clean squid, cut into biting pieces and blanch in boiling water. till cook. Remove shell from shrimp and shredded chicken meat. Blanch in hot water till cook and set aside.
  • Cook sea asparagus with boiling water and set aside.
  • Mix together shredded Shallot, chopped chinese celery, chili padi and sliced garlic.
  • Put all ingredients an a bowl and mix well with seasoning and serve
