Kerabu Fish Maw - Yam Mai Thai

INGREDIENTS

dried shrimps

cashew nuts

fish meat

fish maw

shallot

chili padi

fish sauce

lemon juice

sugar

 

METHOD
  • Halve and pare pineapple and shredded. Hollow out the squash of the remaining half as container. Shred shallot and chop chili padi.
  • In a wok stir fry dried shrimp and cashew nuts until fragrant and set aside.  Deep fry fish meat and fish maw and cut into biting pieces.
  • Mix all ingredients and stir with fish sauce, lemon juice and sugar. Quickly dish out and put it inside the pineapple container and serve.
  • This is one of the popular Thai salad.
