INGREDIENTS |

prawns, shelled and de-veined
coconut milk
red curry paste
chicken
stock
fish sauce
some curry leaves

METHOD |
-
In a wok stir fry
the curry paste and pour in the coconut milk, fish sauce and
fresh chili. Bring slowly to simmering point and constantly
stirring. Add prawns, chicken stock, curry leaves and stir
frequently on low heat until prawns are cooked.

Serve hot with
white rice.
