Salted Egg Roll - Sai Kok Khai Kam

INGREDIENTS

300g

100g

1 sheet

1/2 teaspoon

1 clove

1 tablespoon

1/2 cup

 

minced pork

chinese sausage,minced

salted egg york

bean curd skin

chicken stock

garlic, chopped

minced coriander

vegetable oil for deep fry

pepper to taste

 

METHOD
  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and mix well.
  • Put the mix ingredients on bean curd skin and roll.
  • In a wok heat oil and deep fry till golden brown, slice and serve with chili sauce.
