- Cut fish fillet ands squid into
pieces. Wash prawns, and
cut along the back of each pawns and remove black spinal cord.
- Halve coconut into 2 and drain
coconut water away.
- In a wok, pour in coconut milk
and bring it to boil. Add curry paste, salt, sugar and simmer
for 2 minutes.
- Add in shrimps, squid,
fish fillet and simmer for another 2 minutes. Add egg and mix
well and pour into coconut shell and garnish with coriander and
citrus leaves.
- Serve with white rice.
