Shrimp Red Curry - Kwuay Ka Pi

INGREDIENTS

minced shrimps

minced chicken

coconut milk

red curry paste

blachan

palm sugar

small red chili

chopped lime leaves

red chilies

 

METHOD
  • Heat wok and add in coconut milk and bring it to boil. Add in curry paste, blachan, palm sugar, and red chilies. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add prawns and chicken, mix well and simmer for further 2 minutes
  • Reduce heat and add lime leaves.
  • Serve with white rice with other types of vegetables.
