Steamed Fish with Soy Sauce - Pla Ka Pong Muan

INGREDIENTS

1/2 teaspoon

 

fish fillet

shrimp

pork with fats

chicken stock

fish sauce

oyster sauce

kikkoman sauce

cooking wine

sugar

pepper to taste

 

 

METHOD
  • Wash and slice fish fillet. Minced the fish and pork together.
  • Mix shrimp and pork and marinate with chicken stock and pepper and leave for 30 minutes.
  • Fill each fillet with minced pork and shrimp, roll and arrange in a steaming plate.
  • Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, kikkoman sauce, cooing wine and water and simmer in a wok until boil and set aside.
  • In a wok bring water to boil and steam fish until cook. Add in the sauce, steam and serve hot.
