- Wash and slice fish fillet.
Minced the fish and pork together.
- Mix shrimp and pork and marinate
with chicken stock and pepper and leave for 30 minutes.
- Fill each fillet with minced
pork and shrimp, roll and arrange in a steaming plate.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce,
kikkoman sauce, cooing wine and water and simmer in a wok until
boil and set aside.
- In a wok bring water to boil and
steam fish until cook. Add in the sauce, steam and serve hot.
