Soak and wash dried shrimps.
Drain and put into a blender and add a little water, chilies,
shallots, shrimp paste and garlic and blend into paste.
In a wok heat oil and add spice
paste and stir fry for 3 minutes until fragrant. Add water if
required. Put okra and stir fry for 5 minutes adding lime juice,
pepper and water.
Bring it to simmer and stirring
occasionally for 3-4 minutes until okra is tender.
