Tofu Vegetable Soup

INGREDIENTS

fresh asparagus

tofu, cut into cubes

broccoli, cut into pieces

chinese cabbage, cut into stripes

whole tomatoes, cut into cubes

light soy sauce

hoisin sauce

sesame oil

slices of young ginger

spring onions, finely chopped

a pinch of salt and white pepper

 

 

METHOD
  • Mix soy sauce and hoisin sauce and blend well
  • Large saucepan with 2 litres of cold water and bring it to boil. Add in the mix sauce, ginger and chicken stock.
  • Pour all the vegetable, tofu and boil for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Add salt, pepper and spring onions, serve hot.
