spring
onions, sliced
peanut oil
chicken
stock
spring onion, chopped
garlic, crushed
red chili, seeded and chopped
fish sauce

METHOD |
- Cut beef into slices and heat
peanut oil in wok and quickly stir fry beef for a minute.
Quickly remove from wok and set aside.
- In the same wok add a little oil
and fry sliced bamboo shoots and spring onions. Add chicken
stock, fish sauce, chili, garlic and fry for about 3 minutes.
- Return beef to the work and stir
fry for 1 minute and mix well.
- Add a little pepper and serve
hot with white rice.
