stock

fish sauce
sesame oil

METHOD |
- Clean chicken thighs and cut
into 2 pieces for every tight. Put chicken into a steaming bowl
and add tomatoes cut into 2, ginger cut into strips.
- Add chicken stock, pepper, fish
sauce and sesame oil and mix thoroughly. Put the steaming bowl
in a wok of water, cover and steam for 30 minutes or until
chicken is tender. Garnish with spring onions.
- Serve hot with white rice.
