Crab Omelete - Trung Chien Voi Cua

INGREDIENTS

150g

3

1 clove

1/2 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

1

1 teaspoon

 

crab meat

eggs

garlic, crushed

chicken stock

pepper

spring onion, chopped

fish sauce

 

METHOD
  • Put eggs in a bowl and season with chicken stock, fish sauce and pepper. Put crabmeat into a bowl of water and discard any bits of tissue. Drain excess water to dry.
  • Heat oil in a wok and saute the spring onion and add in the crab meat and stir fry for a minute. Pour in the the beaten eggs, drawing the eggs to the side of the work until cook.  Fold the eggs into half and serve on a plate.
