Roasted Leg of Pork

INGREDIENTS |

vegetable oil
spring onion, chopped
fish sauce
pepper
water

METHOD |
- Slice five of the garlic cloves.
With the tip of the knife make small deep incisions in the leg
of pork and insert slices of garlic. In a bowl mix well salt,
pepper, fish sauce and rub all over the pork and leave it to
marinate for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a large wok and with
medium heat, brown the pork all over. Add water and bring it to
boil, cover lid and cook for 1.5 hour or until pork is
cooked.
- Put aside and allow it to cool
and sliced and serve with other dishes.
