minced pork
eggs
dried chinese mushrooms
chicken
stock
pepper
spring onion, chopped
peanut oil

METHOD |
-
Put the mushrooms in a bowl and
sock in water for 1 hour. Discard the mushroom stems and squeeze
excess water, chop finely.
-
Pick over crab
meat and discard any bits of bony tissue. De-veined prawns and
cut into pieces and mixed with minced meat.
-
In a bowl,
beat eggs until yolks and whites are well mixed. Add in the
chopped spring onions, chicken stock, mushrooms, prawns/meat,
crab meat, peanut oil and pepper.
- Bring water to boil in a wok and
put in the bowl and steam for 10 minutes or until firm.
- Serve hot with rice.
