spring onions, chopped
fish sauce
peanut oil

METHOD |
- Cut chicken into bite size
pieces. Finely slice the spring onions and mix the chicken with
chicken stock, lemon grass, spring onion, pepper and marinate
for an hour.
- In a wok, add oil and add
chicken when oil is hot and stir fry for 15 minutes or until
chicken is cooked.
- Season with pepper and sugar and
stir well. Lastly add fish sauce and stir fry evenly.
- Served with white rice and
noodles.
