Stir Fry Chicken Lemon Grass - Ga Xao Xa Ot

INGREDIENTS

chicken

stalk lemon grass

chicken stock

pepper

sugar

spring onions, chopped

fish sauce

peanut oil

 

METHOD
  • Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Finely slice the spring onions and mix the chicken with chicken stock, lemon grass, spring onion, pepper and marinate for an hour.
  • In a wok, add oil and add chicken when oil is hot and stir fry for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
  • Season with pepper and sugar and stir well. Lastly add fish sauce and stir fry evenly.
  • Served with white rice and noodles.
